MEADE DEEP SKY IMAGER PRO:
CCD (Guiding): ICX-254AL (B/W) It has a 510H x 492V resolution and a cell size of 9.6um H x 7.5um V which gives 4.90mm H x 3.69mm V overall size. Good sensitivity, 16 bit digitization, moderate frame rate, long exposure mode. No cooling.

LUMERENA LU070M:
CCD (Guiding): ICX-424AL (B/W) It has a 640H x 480V resolution and a cell size of 7.40um H x 7.40um V which gives 5.79mm H x 4.89mm V overall size. Very good sensitivity, 12 bit digitization, fast frame rate (up to 60fps), sub-framing, binning, ASCOM driver for long exposure mode... and it was cheap (ebay)! No cooling.

MEADE DEEP SKY IMAGER PRO II:
CCD: ICX-429ALL (B/W) It has a 752H x 582V resolution and a cell size of 8.60um H x 8.30um V which gives 6.47mm H x 4.83mm V overall size. It's well depth seems to be about 50,000 electrons and it has a readout noise of about 11 electrons. This gives a dynamic range of around 73db. QE at 540um is 68%. Dark current is 0.5 electrons/pixel/second at 15°C. System gain is 0.9 electrons/ADU
This camera was modified with a peltier cooled CCD and a four position filter-wheel, see notes here.

LUMENERA LW11059:
CCD: KAI11002 (B/W) It has a 4008H x 2672V resolution and a cell size of 9um H x 9um V which gives 37.25mm H x 25.70mm V overall size. It's well depth is 60,000 electrons and has ABG. QE at 500um is 50%. Gain ranges from 0.0 to 2.0: Gain 1.5=1.6e-/ADU, Gain 1.0=3.4e-/ADU, Gain 0.5=4.1e-/ADU. Yet another ebay find, mid-range performance and a very large ccd. No cooling, 12 bit digitization. Decent camera for wide field but needs to be used in the winter months.

QUANTIX PHOTOMETRICS 6303e:
CCD: KAF6303e (B/W) It has a 3072H x 2048V resolution and a cell size of 9um H x 9um V which gives 27.65mm H x 18.48mm V overall size. It's well depth is 85,000 electrons and it has a readout noise of 21 electrons (13e- in high sensitivity mode). This gives a dynamic range of 76db. QE at 620um is 67%. Another ebay find, an older camera with a very high performance large ccd. Execeptional sensitivity, great cooling (delta of 55°C), low noise, but only has 12 bit digitization. Still a great camera for a good price (used).

RETIRED:

CANON 350D:
This DSLR has a Canon manufactured sensor. I plan to modify it by removing the IR Cut filter. It has a 3472H x 2312V resolution and a cell size of 6.40um H x 6.40um V which gives 22.2mm H x 14.8mm V overall size.

PHILIPS SPC900NC SC1 WEB CAM:
CCD: ICX-098BQ (Color) It has a 640H x 480V resolution and a cell size of 5.60um H x 5.60um V which gives 3.58mm H x 2.69mm V overall size.
This camera was modified for long exposure and mounted in a case with t-ring for use on with telescope here.
